oh look my very first octopus!
one of many that you'll see. this is back from when i was giving them away for funsies.
i gave this one to my buddy Patrick B.
in like fashion i made this for my life long gal pal Tess Y. the reason i made her an eye (as you'll see if you check out her youtube channel) is because she has the most beautiful glassy eyes, and the year i made this for her she was going through some rough times, and she's a passionate lady so her beautiful eyes would turn red after a while. one day she said the most optimistic thing i've ever heard someone sob. She said (of her green and red eyes) "my eyes look like a string of christmas lights that are half on". that's just awesome. even in a bout of depression she sees the happiest time of the year, that's half on. i love her and it's only right i made this for her.
and just cause it's looking like my Tess Y. and Patrick B. post i made this painting of them for them. it's a depiction of a entirely soul touching event, entitled "you're not boring."
i'll post tomorrow (probably around the late evening and early morning area.)
